Phoebe Berks Village Apartments
The 203 apartments at Phoebe Berks Village were designed with convenience and comfort in mind. Without having to even walk outside, an apartment resident can access many of the campus features in the Community Center or walk to the Health Care Center to visit with friends or loved ones.
Our apartments come in 16 unique floor plans, which include studios, 1-bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 439 square feet to 1,329 square feet. Many apartment choices feature a patio or a balcony, and some offer a den.

Payment
A one-time entrance fee and monthly payments are required, both of which vary depending on the style of apartment selected and the number of occupants.
You must be 62 years of age to move to Phoebe Berks Village
Entrance Fee Plans
Phoebe Berks Village offers the choice of two Entrance Fee plans, two with refunds:
- Traditional Entrance Fee which is amortized at the rate of 2% per month over a period of 50 months
- 70% Entrance Fee refund which is amortized at the rate of 1.25% per month over a period of 24 months
Monthly Fee
The monthly fee for an apartment at Phoebe Berks Village includes bi-weekly housekeeping, meal plan, gas, electric, water, sewer, trash removal, cable TV, taxes, scheduled transportation, social and recreational activities, all maintenance, repair or replacement of appliances, 24-hour security, and emergency response.
