Governance
Non-Profit Governance Focused on Resident Well-Being
As a non-profit organization, Phoebe Ministries is governed by a community-based board of trustees. Board members include clergy and lay people representing the Penn Central Conference, Pennsylvania Southeast Conference, Penn Northeast Conference of the United Church of Christ, and the community at large.
These volunteers give their time and talents to ensure that the organization responds compassionately to the needs of the residents served by Phoebe. Any operational profit is re-invested into the organization to enhance the care and services provided to Phoebe residents.
