Faith in Action (FiA) is a philosophy instituted by Phoebe Ministries in 2009, with core values that guide compassionate, resident-centered care and staff interactions at Phoebe. Each of the seven pillars, including accountability, compassion, ethical conduct, the Fruit of the Spirit, integrity, respect, and stewardship, is a reflection of our mission and vision.
