Our apartments come in seven unique floor plans, and many apartments feature a balcony or porch with picturesque views of Allentown.

Fees

Fees vary depending on the type of apartment selected. We offer three flexible payment plans requiring a one-time entrance fee with monthly payments, including:

  • Traditional Entrance Fee, which is amortized at the rate of 2% per month over 50 months
  • Refund of 70% of the Occupancy Fee without amortization. 30% of the entrance fee shall be amortized at the rate of 1.25% per month after a period of 24 months beginning in the month of the designated occupancy date or of the occupancy, whichever is earlier
  • 100% entrance fee refund
