Executive Director of Phoebe Berks
Craig comes to us from Luthercare in Lititz, PA, where he served as Senior Executive Director, leading Independent Living and Personal Care Directors across multiple Luthercare Campuses. Before that, he was the Executive Director for Luther Acres Life Plan Community.
Craig’s recent key achievements were to transition an EHR platform across all levels of living successfully, lead a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) without walls expansion project to a neighboring residential development and the implementation of a new corporate customer service program. Prior to joining Luthercare, Craig was at the Highlands at Wyomissing as the Administrator for the Health Care Center. Craig has served seniors in our industry since 1995, and we are excited to have him join our ministry!
On a personal note, Craig lives with his wife in Lancaster County and together they have two grown children. Craig also shares his home with a dog, four cats, and two rabbits! One of Craig’s passions is Corn Hole, and he has achieved third place at the competitive level in Pennsylvania in 2021. Craig also likes to run, finishing two marathons in Washington, DC and Baltimore!
