Cindy Bonney
Executive Director of Phoebe Allentown

Cindy Bonney has almost 30 years of experience in senior services, including independent care, personal care, and nursing homes. She began her career at Phoebe Allentown in 1999 as Director of Admissions and Marketing. She then continued to work for Phoebe for 16 years and, during this time, was promoted throughout the organization. Bonney was the Personal Care Home Administrator for Phoebe Allentown, Assistant Nursing Home Administrator for Phoebe Allentown, and Nursing Home Administrator for Phoebe Wyncote. After four years at Phoebe Wyncote, Bonney became the first Executive Director for Pathstones by Phoebe.

Bonney then left Phoebe Ministries and joined another similar organization to Phoebe as the Executive Director of a nursing home for an extensive Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). She then became the Executive Director for a sister CCRC before holding the Vice President of Marketing position for all of the organization’s campuses and levels of care. Bonney continued to be involved with operations as two Executive Directors reported to her from two of the organization’s largest campuses.

Bonney is very excited to return to Phoebe Allentown as the Executive Director for the campus. Bonney graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also graduated from Cedar Crest College with a Social Gerontology certificate and from Holy Family University with a Master of Business Administration.

Bonney is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Personal Care Home Administrator, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Activities Professional. Bonney is married and has one daughter who is married. She also has a Scottie dog named Dolley.
