Fees
Fees vary depending on the type of apartment selected. We offer three flexible payment plans requiring a one-time entrance fee with monthly payments, including:
- Traditional Entrance Fee which is amortized at the rate of 2% per month over a period of 50 months
- Refund of 70% of the Occupancy Fee without amortization. 30% of the entrance fee shall be amortized at the rate of 1.25% per month after a period of 24 months beginning in the month of designated occupancy date or of the occupancy, whichever is earlier
- 100% entrance fee refund
