Amanda Laporte
Executive Director of Phoebe Richland
Amanda Laporte, NHA, was appointed Executive Director of Phoebe Richland in September 2019. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Health Care Center, Meadow Glen Personal Care, and two independent living units on the Richland campus. In addition, Laporte is also responsible for the Independent Living Community at Chestnut Ridge, located in Emmaus.
Laporte has over 20 years of experience in senior living and recently relocated back to Eastern Pennsylvania from the Pittsburgh area. Before coming to Phoebe, she worked as a Process Improvement Specialist for A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
Laporte has also owned her own business and worked as an Administrator, Human Resources Director, Admission Director, and Regional Director of Operations. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Health Care Administration from Cedar Crest College.
