Health Care Center Active Pursuits
Our dedicated Phoebe Richland Health Care Center staff works together to provide resident-centered care in a home-like environment. Residents’ care plans are established to restore and maintain the highest levels of independence. Extensive social, cultural, and recreational programs are offered and encouraged for all residents.
