On December 13, Phoebe staff gathered in Moyer Hall to celebrate Cindy Bonney’s retirement as Executive Director of Phoebe Allentown. Prior to her return, Bonney served as the Allentown campus Personal Care Home Administrator and Assistant Nursing Home Administrator. She was also the Nursing Home Administrator for Phoebe Wyncote and the first Executive Director for Pathstones by Phoebe.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the senior services field, Bonney’s expertise helped lead the campus to be recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best Nursing Homes in the state, with its Short-Term Rehab program earning a perfect 5/5 rating.
Bonney’s hardworking spirit is apparent to anyone who interacts with her. Her passion for the Phoebe community is palpable, and her cheerful disposition was often an infectious force around the campus.
Staff congratulated Bonney on her retirement through a touching farewell reception that celebrated her impact on Phoebe Allentown. Her leadership will not be forgotten.
