As COVID-19 continues to be a fluid situation, Phoebe strives to maintain clear communication with all residents, residents’ families, and staff. This page contains neighborhood closure information. Please be sure to check this page before your visit to ensure the neighborhood your loved one resides on is open.

Visitors at all Phoebe locations will be required to wear N95 masks and face shields. Masks and face shields can be obtained from the front desk.

If your loved one’s neighborhood is closed, or you are unable to visit in person, please utilize Connecting Hearts Zoom Virtual Visits.

*Disclaimer: Phoebe may change its visitation procedure at any time including: length of visits, days and times visits are permitted, and the number of times during a day or week a resident may be visited. If at any time a visitor is not adhering to the visitation policy they will be asked to leave and could lose visitation privileges.

Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center

Status: OPEN

Phoebe Allentown will be repaving the Home Circle Parking Lot beginning Monday, June 13. We ask that visitors and families please park in the Turner visitor lot or the Miller visitor lot. Visitors may still use the main entrance and can walk on the sidewalk but will not be able to drive or park in the circle. The project is expected to take about two weeks and will be dependent upon weather – please check back here for updates.

Visitation at Phoebe Allentown HCC is offered daily with no appointment necessary. Visitations are limited to two guests per visit. If you have any questions, please contact 610-435-9037.

Miller Personal Care at 19th and Chew

Status: OPEN
