Phoebe Ministries recognizes that visitation is an important part of our residents’ life. COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) is a virus that can cause severe illness and death to our elderly population. We encourage you to help us keep everyone happy and healthy.
Phoebe strives to maintain clear communication with all residents, residents’ families, and staff. This page contains neighborhood closure information. Please be sure to check this page before your visit to ensure the neighborhood your loved one resides in is open.
If your loved one’s neighborhood is closed, or you cannot visit in person, please utilize Connecting Hearts Zoom Virtual Visits.
*Disclaimer: Phoebe may change its visitation procedure at any time including: length of visits, days and times visits are permitted, and the number of times during a day or week a resident may be visited. If at any time a visitor is not adhering to the visitation policy, they will be asked to leave and could lose visitation privileges.

Visitation at Miller Personal Care is offered daily from 9 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with no appointment necessary. Please be mindful of the residents’ lunch hour (11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) and dinner hour (4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.). If you have any questions, please contact 610-794-6610.
