Donate your vehicle to Phoebe!
Through a partnership with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services), Phoebe Ministries accepts all types of donated vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, motorcycles and even airplanes!
The process is easy, and your vehicle will be towed away for free. We strive to accept every donated vehicle to help support our mission as long as it meets the following basic requirements:
- Vehicle has a clear title.
- Vehicle is in one piece and towable but does not need to be running.
- Vehicle is tow truck accessible.
To Donate Your Vehicle Today:
- Call (877-976-6727) to speak with a CARS Representative or submit a secure online form at https://careasy.org/nonprofit/phoebe-ministries.
- Schedule Your Free Pick-up: Within 48 hours, a CARS Vehicle Donor Support Representative will contact you to complete your donation. In most cases, CARS can schedule the vehicle pick-up with a preferred licensed vendor on the initial call once the donation record has been completed.
- Receive a Donation Receipt: Vehicle donations are tax-deductible, and CARS will work to get the highest return per vehicle for you. According to the IRS Guidelines, you may claim fair market value for your donation up to the actual sale value. If your vehicle is sold for more than $500, the maximum amount of your deduction will be the sales price of the vehicle.
