Since joining the Phoebe Ministries Board of Trustees in 2001, Rev. Daniel T. Moser II has been a guiding force in shaping Phoebe’s mission and vision. His leadership includes serving as Chairperson of the Governing Board of Trustees (2014–2017), Secretary of the Parent Board, and holding key roles on the Executive Compensation, Nominating and Governance, and the 2008 CEO Search Committees.
As Pastor of First United Church of Quakertown, Rev. Moser extended his service through the Phoebe Richland Board of Trustees and later as Chair of the Bucks
County Strategic Advisory Council, strengthening ties between Phoebe and
the local community. A founding member of Phoebe’s Faith in Action Team,
he helped shape the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values—building a lasting foundation of faith-driven care.
Rev. Moser’s dedication is also deeply personal: he experienced Phoebe’s rehabilitation services firsthand at the Richland campus, further affirming his commitment to Phoebe’s mission. Known for bringing warmth and humor to board meetings, he continues to serve with distinction, with his current term extending to 2027.
Through every role, Rev. Moser has been a tireless advocate for senior care excellence, a trusted mentor, and a faithful partner in ministry—leaving a profound and enduring impact on Phoebe Ministries and the aging services community.
