Phoebe Ministries Announces New Leadership on Richlandtown and Wyncote Campuses

Amanda Laporte, NHA, was appointed as Executive Director for Phoebe Richland in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  She is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall operations including: skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, personal care, and independent living.

Before her appointment with Phoebe, Laporte was a Process Improvement Specialist for Presbyterian Senior Care Network, Pittsburgh. Also, she served HCR ManorCare throughout Pennsylvania as Human Resources Director, Admissions Director, Administrator, and Regional Director of Operations.

A resident of Macungie, Laporte has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Health Care Administration from Cedar Crest College. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Judith Williams Sherman, NHA, MSN, RN, was appointed Executive Director of Phoebe Wyncote in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall operations including: skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, personal care, and independent living.

Before her appointment with Phoebe, Sherman was a Nursing Home Administrator for Bala Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Philadelphia, Presbyterian Senior Living, Philadelphia, and Aventura at Pembrooke, West Chester. Also, she served as Director of Nursing Services for Bala Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Genesis Eldercare, Flourtown, and Newcourtland Elder Services, Philadelphia.

A resident of Philadelphia, Sherman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
