Last month, the Phoebe Berks community and over 60 runners came together to support the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter at the “Color Me Phoebe” Walk/Run. The event, now in its second year, was established to give Phoebe Berks staff and residents an opportunity to interact with the local community in a fun event that promotes health and wellness. The walk/run was highlighted with six color stations that allowed participants to get covered in colored powders that represented Phoebe’s Faith in Action Values. The multi-generational event brought together young and old and raised over $1,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association.
