Judith W. Sherman is the Executive Director of Phoebe Wyncote.  She is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall operations of the 58-bed long and short-term care facility. Sherman oversees developing and implementing all programs and services that promote residents’ physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

Judith brings more than 16 years of long‐term care management experience as a Director of Nursing and a Nursing Home Administrator to Phoebe Wyncote. She has achieved several industry milestones, including excellent patient care, life safety, and county inspection results and successfully developing collaborative relationships with hospitals and other patient sources. Sherman also has led a facility to graduation from Special Focus Facility status and exceeded nurse staff budgetary goals by implementing processes to eliminate agency and significantly decrease the use of overtime.
