Emergency Information

In a disaster or other emergency situation, please follow the instructions of emergency personnel and staff in your community. The safest place for a resident to await instructions is often within your room or residence.

Keeping you and/or your loved ones safe is the priority at all Phoebe communities. Each community has a written disaster and emergency plan that you can review at any time upon request. Rest assured, our comprehensive policies cover situations ranging from power outages to tornadoes.

Phoebe staff receives ongoing education on our disaster plan and training in specific emergencies. Should an emergency arise, please know that you and/or your loved one are in good hands.

In an emergency, you may receive communication from Phoebe in various ways:

COVID-19 Information

The well-being and comfort of our residents and staff is Phoebe’s top priority. We maintain strict policies and procedures to help prevent the spread of illness throughout our communities. Our employees are trained in best practices to help prevent the spread of communicable illnesses, including COVID-19. We are following infection control policies and are taking proactive precautions to mitigate exposure among our communities.
