The Golf Ball Drop contest is back once again for the 2026 Phoebe Golf Tournament! You can win up to $2,500!

The Golf Ball Drop contest is back once again for the 2026 Phoebe Golf Tournament! You can win up to $2,500! From now until June 30th, Phoebe Employees may use the form below to purchase golf balls at the special rate of only $25 per ball or 3 for $50– a 50% discount. You do not need to be present (or registered for the tournament) to win. All proceeds go toward charitable care! In case of inclement weather, a random drawing will determine the winner.

Is there a limit to the number of golf balls sold?
No, any eligible individual may purchase an unlimited number of golf balls.
Golf balls can be purchased leading up to the tournament, and the morning of the tournament through registration.
No, because you are purchasing entry in a contest, your contribution is not considered a tax-deductible charitable donation in accordance with IRS regulations
Participants will be assigned to a number in the order in which purchases are received. The number cannot be picked by the purchaser. Please note you do not get to keep the golf ball you are purchasing.
The winner will be based upon the golf ball that lands the closest to the center of the target. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be held to break the tie. The winner will be announced during dinner at the golf tournament. You do not need to be present to win. If the winner is not present, they will be notified the next business day by email or telephone.
The prize will be paid to the winner by check within two weeks of winner completing required paperwork.
Yes, employees may participate, excluding Institutional Advancement/Marketing staff and their immediate family.
Yes, any individual purchasing a golf ball must be at least 18 years of age at time of purchase.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds. Because you are purchasing entry in a contest, your contribution is not considered a tax-deductible charitable donation in accordance with IRS regulations. By his/her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against Phoebe Ministries, the Phoebe Ministries Golf Committee, Saucon Valley Country Club, Golf Tournament sponsors and the helicopter company.
