Phoebe Ministries is proud to welcome Richard (“Rick”) Barley to the leadership team as Senior Vice President of Operations.
Barley joins the team with 23 years of experience in healthcare administration. He has held executive roles in senior services, including Executive Director, Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer.
Barley approaches his work with passion and dedication to enhance the quality of life and care for residents. He aims to foster a strong and supportive work culture as he oversees the operational effectiveness of all CCRC campuses and the Pastoral Care Program. Barley reports directly to Jason Shott, Chief Operating Officer.
This new position amongst Phoebe’s leadership team allows the company to tackle its evolving strategies with greater focus while maintaining Phoebe Ministries as a regional leader in the aging services field.
