Exciting New Partnership: Phoebe Organic Farm at Founders Farm

Phoebe Ministries is pleased to announce the creation of the Phoebe Organic Farm at Founders Farm, a collaborative initiative with the Rodale Institute, a respected leader in organic farming and research. This partnership highlights Phoebe’s longstanding commitment to health, sustainability, and community engagement.

Located at Founders Farm on Minesite Road in Allentown, this initiative will provide fresh, organic produce for our residents, starting with our newest independent living community, Chestnut Ridge at Rodale, and expanding to more Phoebe communities in the future. Beyond providing high-quality produce, Phoebe Organic Farm at Founders Farm underscores Phoebe’s dedication to enriching the well-being of its residents.

To commemorate this partnership, a ribbon-cutting event was held on November 6, 2024, featuring a select group of Phoebe board members, staff, local media, and community foundation representatives. Coverage of this event appeared in Lehigh Valley News and The Morning Call.
