Phoebe Ministries Announces Staff Change

Erin Garcia, PHA, was appointed Administrator of Meadow Glen Personal Care Community at Phoebe Richland in Richlandtown. She is responsible for the administration, programming and management of Meadow Glen, including the health, safety and well-being of residents.

Designed as an addition to the Phoebe Richland campus, Meadow Glen is a 75,000 square foot, two story building and connects to the Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. It opened in February, 2016.

A Phoebe employee for nine years, Garcia previously served as the Admissions Director at Phoebe Berks in Wernersville where she oversaw Admissions for Skilled Nursing, Short Term Rehab, Personal Care, Personal Care Memory Support and the Adult Day Center. Garcia graduated with a BA in Psychology and is licensed as a personal care home and assisted living administrator.
