Rita Bieber, a Phoebe Richland Meadow Glen Personal Care resident, is a seasoned piano player. When moving to a senior living community, it is a common misconception that it is difficult to maintain the same lifestyle as before. 93-year-old Bieber is proof that maintaining her hobbies is as easy as ever in her new home. Bieber has played the piano at McCoole’s at the Historic Red Lion Inn every Saturday for the past five years, and moving from her previous home into Meadow Glen didn’t make her miss a beat. Bieber now entertains fellow residents and staff playing the piano in Meadow Glen, and also continues to perform every Saturday at McCoole’s.
