At Miller Personal Care, the first 30 days are free if you sign a lease before September 30 at a value savings of between $4,000 and $6,000 depending on accommodations and the level of care.

At the Terrace, Phoebe is offering 10 percent off the entrance fees for all apartments (which can be amortized in financial plans that suit almost any budget) through the end of June and a moving package with Senior Moves by Design valued up to $3,500 through the end of September. With Senior Moves by Design, you don’t have to lift a finger to move. They will consult with you to create a custom package, and pack up, move, and unpack your belongings at the Terrace.
