Phoebe Ministries, a multi-facility nonprofit organization specializing in health care, housing, and rehabilitative services for older adults, is searching for a Sales Coordinator for our Quakertown Area personal care facilities.
Primary responsibilities will include: The Sales Coordinator maintains and/or improves the occupancy level and revenue production of the independent living and personal care communities in accordance with the marketing and business plans to close sales and drive census. Must meet and achieve individual sales goals and targets (call-outs, appointments, sales, closings, etc.) and develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources. The Sales Coordinator ensures that each prospect receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every prospect, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service. As a team player, the Sales Coordinator will work with others to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events as well as work in collaboration with other sales team members in developing and executing marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals. The Sales Coordinator will utilize CRM software to track and report sales activities. Tracked metrics include: Outbound calls and appointments, Sales, Closings, Conversion rates, Census/Occupancy goals.
Skills/Experience: Three to five years sales experience required. Sales experience within a senior living environment preferred. Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals required. Knowledge of sales and marketing including principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services required. Knowledge and understanding of the senior market and various senior living products preferred. Proven experience to include marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales systems. Consultative selling skills highly preferred. Effective communicator who can speak well to individuals, or to groups, makes a good first impression, and is empathetic towards others; Exhibits and possesses the drive and perseverance and committed to going “the extra mile” to achieve sales and marketing goals; Must possess ability to work effectively on a team with organizational partners and other functional areas.; High energy, strong goal orientation and a big picture perspective are also required in this role. This position requires high ethical standards and high standard of care and concern for current and future residents. Ability to work well under stress to complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time effectively.
