Phoebe Ministries, a not-for-profit, multi-facility organization specializing in health care, housing, and rehabilitative services for older adults, is seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll System Analyst to join our team.
Primary responsibilities will include: Administration and maintenance of all HRIS systems. Oversight of all payroll input as it relates to the Human Resources function of payroll. Identifies new Human Capital needs and assists in developing reports and support strategies to address emergent needs. Develops and maintains Human Capital metric reports and facilities their communication. Implementing, evaluating, designing and maintaining the HRIS and Time & Attendance systems.
We are seeking candidates with a B.A. or B.S. in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field of study along with superior organizational and communicative skills. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related position with PHR certification preferred. Experience with the administration of various HRIS, KRONOS, SAGE and HR Actions preferred. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; working knowledge of the HRIS system management; knowledge of employee payroll programs and applicable federal laws; working knowledge of report writing and metrics analysis.
