Phoebe Ministries, a not-for-profit, multi-facility organization specializing in health care, housing, and rehabilitative services for older adults, is seeking an experienced full-time financial reporting analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities Include: developing and maintaining systems/tools for financial reporting analysis which includes statistical, trend and variance analysis to internal budgets, forecasts and external market/industry data; including reporting and making recommendations based on interpretation of analysis. Responsible for long term care revenue budget process as well as monthly revenue analysis. Works closely with financial reporting and operational teams on both short term and long term projects.
Education/Skill Requirements: We are seeking candidates with their B.S. degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar related field. Minimum five (5) years of financial reporting analyst experience preferably in a health care related entity; experience with financial statement preparation procedures, budget preparation, financial modeling/forecasting, and statistical trending and analysis, along with superior organizational, communicative and customer service skills.
