Allentown, PA – Phoebe is pleased to announce the following changes in staffing:

Erin Garcia, PHA, was appointed Administrator of Phoebe Berks Village Commons Personal Care Community at Phoebe Berks in Wernersville, Berks County. She is responsible for the administration, programming and management of the Village Gardens, including the health, safety and well-being of residents.

A Phoebe employee for ten years, Garcia previously served as the Administrator of Meadow Glen Personal Care Community at Phoebe Richland in Richlandtown, Bucks County. Prior to that, she was the Admissions Director for Phoebe Berks Health Care Center and Village Gardens at Phoebe Berks. Garcia graduated with a BA in Psychology and is licensed as a personal care home and assisted living administrator.

Nancy Koval was named Director of Admissions, Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. In this role she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admissions process including moving prospective inquiries through the admissions process to residency.

A Phoebe Richland employee since 2005, Koval served as a Nurse Liaison to the Admissions Department where she was responsible for developing professional relationships with healthcare communities and reviewing information on potential residents.

A resident of Kutztown, Koval received a degree in Practical Nursing from Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technical Center’s Practical Nursing Program.
