In September, a group of residents from The Terrace at Phoebe Allentown had a chance to try out the new location of a well-known restaurant chain in the Allentown area. Big Woody’s recently opened their West End location which is just a few blocks from the campus.

Fifteen residents jumped at the chance to support the business and they enjoyed lunch at Big Woody’s and a complimentary beer tasting. It was a great way to check out a neighborhood establishment while enjoying the company of friends and neighbors. Those in attendance had the chance to celebrate Terrace resident Marian Dawson’s 98^th birthday during the outing.

A good time was had by all, and the residents are sure to return in the future for more food, fun, and laughs.
