Phoebe Announces Staff Change

Allentown, PA – Phoebe is pleased to announce the following change in staffing:

Alison M. Lance was appointed Social Services Director for the Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center. In this position, she supervises the social services department, serves as a resident advocate, and provides psychosocial support in skilled care to promote life enhancement and resident centered care.

Lance was previously a Case Manager at Lehigh Valley Health Network. She earned a Master of Social Work form Marywood University Graduate School and has a Bachelor of Science from Kutztown University with a concentration in sociology and social work. She is a resident of Alburtis.
