Sometimes medical events occur without warning, resulting in the need of immediate skilled nursing

care for you or a loved one. For individuals in need of in need of immediate skilled nursing care, Phoebe offers customized skilled services in a home-like setting. This emergency care program is for individuals who are in need of emergency skilled care but do not meet acute admission criteria.

Offered at all four campuses, Phoebe’s Skilled ImmediCare service provides specific, yet well-rounded rehab care that will help stabilize and improve conditions. We provide a variety of services to help patients recover as we guide them through the process of both intake and discharge.

A comprehensive care team will be available to aid in rehabilitation, in addition to robust community life and activities, all in a comfortable environment. Rehab trained nurses and certified physical therapists will be available to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapies for a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. In addition, Phoebe created rehabilitation programs are available to aid anyone with dementia or other cognitive impairments during their recovery.
