From Allentown and Points East:
Take Rt. 222 south. After the Route 73 intersection, go 6.5 miles and follow signs for Rt. 222 South/Reading-Lancaster. Take Spring Ridge Drive exit and bear right at end of exit ramp onto Van Reed Road. Turn right onto Rt. 422 and go three miles to Wernersville. Look for the entrance to the Phoebe Berks Campus on the right, just after the Wernersville sign. Proceed up the drive and follow the signage. Visitor parking is available at all major entrances.

From Lancaster and Points South:
Take Rt. 222 north to Rt. 724 near Shillington. Turn left onto Rt. 724 west to Sinking Spring. Turn left again onto Rt. 422 west. Proceed through Sinking Spring. Look for the entrance to the Phoebe Berks Campus on the right, just after the Wernersville sign. Proceed up the drive and follow the signage. Visitor parking is available at all major entrances.

From Hershey and Points West:
Take I-78 East to 419 South. Continue onto US-422 E/Conrad Weiser Pkwy for approximately 7 miles. Turn left onto Reading Drive. Look for the entrance to the Phoebe Berks Campus on the right, just after the Wernersville sign. Proceed up the drive and follow the signage. Visitor parking is available at all major entrances.

From Philadelphia:
Take Rt. 76 west (PA Turnpike) to Exit 21. Proceed north on Rt. 222 to Rt. 724 near Shillington. Turn left onto Rt. 724 west to Sinking Spring. Turn left onto Rt. 422 west. Proceed through Sinking Spring. Look for the entrance to the Phoebe Berks Campus on the right, just after the Wernersville sign. Proceed up the drive and follow the signage.
