Bob Bertolette resides in Lansdale, Pennsylvania with his wife, Sue, and two children, John and Jenny. He received his Bachelors degree in Social Work from Eastern College and his Masters degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University. He has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 1988 and has been in the retirement industry for 32 years.
For the past 14 years, Bob has been and continues to be employed as President/CEO of Riddle Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Media, Pennsylvania. His past experience includes serving as Executive Director at Normandy Farms Estates (an ACTS community) in Blue Bell, Pa, and Administrator at Elm Terrace Gardens in Lansdale, Pa. He also served as Director of Social Services/Marketing Director at the Philadelphia Protestant Home. He has served on several of their committees including the Assisted Living Task Force, Membership Committee, Consumer Alignment Task Force, and Chaired the Budget and Finance Committee and the Governance Committee. In addition, he served as President of the Board of Directors for Wyncote Church Home and chaired the Wyncote/Phoebe Joint Development Committee, which resulted in a recent merger with Phoebe Ministries.
