Judith W. Sherman is the Executive Director of Phoebe Wyncote.  She is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall operations of the 58-bed long and short-term care facility. Judith oversees the development and implementation of all programs and services, which promote the physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of residents.

Judith brings more than 16 years of long‐term care management experience as both a Director of Nursing and a Nursing Home Administrator to Phoebe Wyncote. She has achieved several milestones in the industry, including:

• Achieving excellent Patient Care, Life Safety, and County inspection results.
• Successfully developing collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with hospitals and other patient sources.
• Leading a facility to graduation from Special Focus Facility status.
• Exceeding nurse staffing budgetary goals by implementing processes to eliminate agency and significantly decrease use of overtime.
