Meadow Glen is comprised of four neighborhoods, two on each story, featuring:

• 80 beds total, 62 studios (38 allocated to memory support), 10 one-bedroom suites, and 4 companion suites
• First- and second-story physical therapy suite
• Educational presentations and free community events, such as the Upper Bucks Forum on Aging and an Alzheimer’s Support Group, to truly integrate you into the surrounding community
