Executive Director, Phoebe Richland

Amanda Laporte, NHA, was appointed Executive Director, Phoebe Richland in September 2019. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Health Care Center, Meadow Glen Personal Care, and two units of independent living on our Continuing Care Retirement campus. Ms. Laporte has over 20 years of experience in senior living and recently relocated back from the Pittsburgh area.

Prior to coming to Phoebe, she worked as a Process Improvement Specialist for A CCRC.

Ms. Laporte has also owned her own business and worked as an Administrator, Human Resources Director, Admission Director, and Regional Director of Operations. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Health Care Administration from Cedar Crest College.
