Phoebe Apartments Get an Upgrade

Exciting new renovations have given nearly a dozen homes at the Phoebe Apartments in Allentown, PA, a fresh look!

These 11 market-rate apartments have received all-new stainless-steel appliances, a gorgeous granite-top kitchen island, and sleek new cabinets, including an additional one for microwaves.

The differences in the kitchens can be seen in these before and after photos:

Regional Manager of Retirement Housing Operations Randy Wadsworth says giving these apartments “something special” was a priority, a sentiment bolstered by the addition of a mounted flat-screen TV with each apartment.

These renovations closely follow the fresh coat of paint the building’s deck received. It’s a communal space complete with chairs, a grill, and a bench swing.

Additionally, the bathrooms in nearly every apartment were recently renovated to allow for easier shower access for residents.

Future plans for the Phoebe Apartments include renovating the game room, replacing any remaining carpeted flooring with new flooring, and improving the remaining apartments wherever possible.
