Wind Gap Manor Senior Apartments Honored With Award

Wind Gap Manor, 665 Alpha Road, Wind Gap, earned the 2011 Excellence in Housing Management Award for the fourth year in a row from the Housing Management Division of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. This award is given in recognition of an overall excellent performance as a provider of affordable housing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Lynn M. Marshall, RHP and Manager of Wind Gap Manor, accepted the award at the 2011 PennDel AHMA Fall Management Conference. This award represents “Excellent” on annual property management reviews and inspections.

A community of Phoebe Ministries, Wind Gap Manor is a senior apartment community in Northampton County featuring 26 affordable apartments for seniors.
