Phoebe's long-term care communities support internship positions for students at area colleges, including Kutztown University, Marywood University, Cedar Crest College, in Allentown, and Penn State Berks Campus, Albright and Alvernia Colleges in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Phoebe Services welcomes applicants for internships in the Information Technology department from colleges in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities. Students from accredited and non-accredited internship programs will be considered.
The Phoebe Services Institutional Advancement Department accepts one intern each semester to learn about and participate in their marketing, community relations and fundraising functions.
