Phoebe Berks Health Care Center offers a full range of medical and nursing services administered by our highly skilled staff in a recently renovated home-like setting.
- 90 skilled and intermediate care nursing beds

- "The Chateau" is an 18-bed neighborhood designed for residents with early to mid-stages of Alzheimer's Disease or a Dementia related diagnosis.
- Rehabilitation services are available, including physical, occupational, speech and dysphagia therapies
- Located eight miles west of Reading, Pennsylvania, on the campus of Phoebe Berks Village, a full-scale retirement community with independent and personal care services
- Village Community Center offering café, bank, gift shop, chapel and library
There are full-time licensed social workers available for assistance during a person’s stay at Phoebe Berks. The social worker will meet with a patient upon admission and keep in contact throughout the patient’s stay. The social worker is very involved in assisting patient’s obtain their goals, whether adjusting to an extended stay or returning home following therapy. If a patient is returning to another facility, the social worker will work with that facility to ensure a smooth transition. The social worker is also a good resource for any questions or concerns during a stay at Phoebe Berks.

Phoebe's nursing and rehabilitation centers are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and are Medicare and Medicaid Certified.
