A Victorian-style complex completed in 1994, Phoebe Berks is located on 66 rural acres near Wernersville, Berks County. The campus is a continuing care retirement community, certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance and is mandated by law to maintain an approved Disclosure Statement on an annual basis that discusses financial stability.

The Phoebe Berks campus provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation and personal care, along with independent living apartments and cottages. Phoebe Berks has an outstanding reputation for nursing, clinical, rehabilitative and medical skills. All residents of Phoebe Berks have a priority status for services and admission to skilled nursing, rehabilitation and personal care.

Phoebe Berks is a community of Phoebe Ministries, a non-profit, multi-facility organization specializing in healthcare, housing and support services for senior adults throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania for more than 100 years. Phoebe Ministries is affiliated with the United Church of Christ.
