Administrator, Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center and VP, Operations Allentown Campus
M. Michell Staska-Pier, RN, MBA, NHA was appointed Administrator of Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center, Allentown and Executive Vice President, Operations for the Allentown campus in January 2009. In this position, she is responsible for the management and supervision of the nursing facility services, personal care services and independent living services. Michell joined Phoebe in 2004 as Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center Director of Nursing and was most recently Executive Director, Operations for the Allentown campus. Michell holds a BSN from Kutztown University and an MBA from St. Joseph's University.

Assistant Administrator
Sally Prior, BA, NHA, PCHA, was promoted to Assistant Administrator, Phoebe Allentown. In this position, she will assist the Executive Director of the Phoebe Allentown Campus in managing and directing the day-to-day functions of the campus in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. In addition, she will supervise the David A. Miller Personal Care Community, Housekeeping and Laundry Services, Dining Services, Clinic Services, Salon Services, Community Life, and Health Information Management. Prior joined Phoebe in 2004 as Director of Admissions and Marketing, Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. She served as Assistant Administrator at Phoebe Richland since April 2012. Prior received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY. She is a resident of Bethlehem.
